The food is REALLY good! I have driven past this place a couple times and decided to try it out. Absolutely tasty, the staff are nice and very quick, emphasis on very! The atmosphere is nice with upbeat kpop music and there were all kinds of diverse guests from families, couples, and myself all with smiles and having a good time. Simple but delicious! Oolong peach tea with boba is really good!

Moved to the valley couple months ago from the Bay Area (we were definitely spoiled with good pho in the bay). I was in search for a good pho spot. After trying different ones from Manteca , lathrop and Tracy area. I found my go to spot. I usually get the filet mignon and brisket pho , the meat is so tender. The broth is soul soothing and they even have fresh noodle option . Also their banh mis are legit. The bread isn’t too hard which is good because sometimes it can hurt your mouth if it’s too hard. The service is really good too! 5/5 stars

Food was delicious, prices were reasonable and service was excellent. This Vietnamese restaurant was better than most we’ve tried. They’ve adapted well to the pandemic (all utensils are plastic and come in bags) and the staff diligently wore masks the entire time. The food rocked. We had two kinds of fried rice, two kinds of vermicelli dishes, spring rolls and deep fried calamari. All were excellent! Can’t wait to go back. Well worth the trip!

Great little place tucked away in a busy shopping center. They have a decent amount of seating and were able to accommodate our party of 7. Staff was friendly, service was quick and the food was delicious! We tried a few different Pho bowls, banh mi, chicken chow mein, and grilled pork spring rolls. Everything was fresh, the pho was hot and they even had chocolate milk boba (which my daughters really enjoyed). Will definitely be returning when the need for pho strikes again!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Andy and everyone who works at Rice and Roll’D always have good costumer service and food is always delicious good quality and good prices I highly recommend anyone to try it I come here like 3 times a week

I really like this place. My wife and I used to frequent this location when it was another Vietnamese soup place and I’m glad this place opened at the same location. Parking is never a problem and the atmosphere inside is nice. The tables are laid out nicely. The large bowl of soup is huge. I’m over 6’ tall and 250 pounds and I had a very hard time to finish their large bowl. I ordered the rare steak soup and that is all that I eat there - I love it. The regular size bowl is good size too and enough for me. The young staff there are very friendly and always attentive to our needs. I feel this is a very good option for those wanting Vietnamese soup in the Tracy area as it is easy to get to - near the Home Depot plaza. I can’t speak for the rest of the menu but there are a large number of options ranging from rice dishes, appetizers and soups. Please give this place a try if you’re into this type of food/dining experience. The place seems to be run by a nice family who is passionate about providing good food to a select customer base.
